Gannon University Bookstore is proud to offer you the most competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route.
On average, your order will be received in 7 - 10 working days. During August or December, delivery time may take longer.

All refund items must be accompanied by the original store receipt and must be in their original condition. In order to serve you better, we ask that you please review the refund policy carefully before returning items to the store.Textbooks
- The last day for textbook refunds is the tenth day of Fall and Spring classes and the second day of Summer classes.
- Textbooks bought new must have no highlighting.
- Textbooks that were in shrink wrap must have the shrink wrap completely intact.
- Extra items that may have been included with the textbook, whether new or used, such as CD-ROMS and workbooks must also be returned with the textbook.
- Textbooks brought back that do not meet the above criteria or that were purchased in a previous semester will be issued the wholesale buyback value, if any. Otherwise such items will be non-returnable, so we encourage you to keep your receipt and take care of the books you buy until you are sure about what you will need for your classes.
- These items are returnable within one month of purchase.
- Giftware and supplies must be undamaged and completely in the original packaging.
- Clothing must be unworn and unwashed with original store tags attached.
- Trade books such as best-sellers and dictionaries that are not academic materials are refundable within 2 days of purchase.
- Review books, study aids and all items relating to courses offered at Gannon may be returned within 24 hours of purchase.
- All trade books and materials must be undamaged, without creasing or signs of wear.
- Items that include CD-ROM or DVD study materials must include those items intact and unopened.
- Items ordered for you that are not available in the bookstore on a regular, recurring basis must be pre-paid at the time of the order.
- Special orders are non-refundable.
